Starting a new project
So, have just started a new project for a new client, which likely means that this blog will continue to render in eye-piercing red. This always happens, just when it looks like I might have some time to get caught up on personal projects, maybe do a little portfolio polishing, I get a call for work. But I’m not complaining, it’s definitely nice to be wanted 
In fact, the project is pretty exciting - development of a Flash front-end for a fairly high-profile product (about 1 million people using it every day). I imagine I will have some influence on the design of the UI/HCI, as well. This is a passion of mine - I can’t help but critique just about every interface I encounter, thinking of ways to improve upon it - this blog blows, btw. Unfortunately, not having a degree in the field tends to devalue my input - though, designing interfaces for the past 9 years, I feel more than qualified to opine. Either way I’m looking forward to the challenge, speaking of which, I am off to now.
